Another Encrusted Seam

Here is another seam I've been working on in Sharon's encrusted class. I changed my mind about a million times about the flowers to put here - first the roses were too big, so then I tried beaded flowers. They seeemed too chunky, so I went back to the roses, just made them smaller. I think what makes me stitch soooo slowly is just deciding what to do.

Here are the rejected flowers....
Happy Stitching....

Your roses are so gorgeous. I like the "chunky flowers" too. I think all your stitching is fabulous!

Beautiful!!!!!!! Wow I love your seams you always have such beautiful ideas, I'm still new at seam treatments and don't have very many under my belt, I tend to lean on motifs more.

It's all in the eye of the beholder, but I love both seams. Those beaded flowers remind me of retro earrings. Sweet flowers, too.

Good decision! The roses are perfect in this seam treatment. What is the thread you used for the curving line?

Lovely seams Lin. I am curious how the whole block looks when it is done.
